                Come join us for some Summer Fun with art, music and plenty of time to play! 
Please send in a change of clothes and a water bottle; we will provide snack.

Full Program Schedule Returning in the Fall
The Play & Explore program is designed to offer 3-5 year olds the opportunity to explore their world through music, movement, science, cooking,  art, sensory exploration, dramatic play and social interaction all in a fun, safe and nurturing environment.  Preschool Adventures is a perfect complement to the other half of your child's half-day preschool program, or for a 3 year old as their pre-preschool experience.
Play & Explore follows a "storybook" curriculum of themed activities based on children's literature.
Our small group format allows for our teachers to get to know each child and to foster their
interests and encourage exploration of new areas.
Our varied activities are developmentally appropriate and designed to encourage self expression,
independence, social cooperation, problem solving and lots of messy hands-on fun.
Leave the sticky-gluey-painty-doughy-slimy mess-making (and clean-up) to us!

Parents are welcome to stay and observe from our waiting room, or to run a few errands!
This program is lovingly facilitated by two of our talented and devoted staff members with
decades of experience working with young children:
 Lori Hill, OTR/L 
& Antonella D'Aloia, Preschool Teacher and Art Teacher

Young Child Social Skill Development Group
The focus of our YCSG groups is to provide facilitated social interactions for young children (ages 3-5 and 4-6) including these objectives: 
  • learning how to be a part of a group
  • to engage in play with peers
  • practice following directions & emotional regulation

Perfect for:
  • a child who will benefit from opportunities for facilitated social practice
  • a shy child who has difficulty separating - parents can watch from open waiting area, builds confidence toward independence and reduces anxiety
  • 4-6 year old child who will benefit from social play experience for any reason
​Facilitated by skilled and licensed early childhood Special Educator, and/or Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Behaviorist and qualified assistants.
Tuesdays and/Or Thursdays 4:30-5:45 
This program runs all school year with rolling admission. Inquire for availability.
SUMMER YCSG 2019: July 15 - August 23, 6 weeks
Payment Options:
$240 due by July 1
OR: $125 due July 10  &  $125 due August 1

FALL-SPRING SESSION 2019/20
32 weeks:  September 16 - June 13   
$1280,  8 payments of $160 due on the 10th of each month: September-May
**NO payments in December or June
*NO CLASSES/VACATION WEEKS:
  • 10/14 Columbus Day
  •  11/25-29 Thanksgiving Break
  • December 15- January 3 INTERCESSION/HOLIDAY BREAK
  • 2/17-21 February vacation
  •  3/23-27 TWC SPRING BREAK

  • May 25 Memorial Day

6 weeks: July 13 - August 21
$240 by 7/13

FUN with FRIENDS 
Fun with Friends is offered in conjunction with Beginning Bridges. 

This is a parent-child social group for children ages 2.5 - 4.5
at The Whole Child in Upton, and in collaboration with Beginning Bridges.
TUESDAY mornings 9:30-11:00 am
This group will focus on building confidence and social/emotional skill readiness for young children.
Child development specialists and social coaches will facilitate social learning and observe/discuss 
child development with parents.
Fun with Friends takes place in our therapeutic play room and incorporates a circle, social lesson, literacy and play.
We are limiting the size to 8 children/parents.
