NEW TWC, Inc. clients registering for any group program require an Intake to establish goals and for careful peer grouping prior group participation. We try to accommodate a Level 1 Intake whenever possible, but for more complex cases a Level 2 may be appropriate.
The intake process at TWC is tiered. Once we review the information you provide on your Intake Screening Form (which will be emailed to you following your inquiry), we can determine what questions we have and what level intake is appropriate:
*Additional in-person 45-minute consult= $60 with one provider or $80 with two providers collaborating
*TWC Director makes the determination of the appropriateness of each group for individual children based on chronological and developmental age as well as level of support needed, goals and other factors.

NEW Inquiries for Social Empowerment Groups ages 6-17:
Groups are facilitated by social coaches trained in Social Thinking(R) by Garcia-Winner and Zones of Regulation(R) by Kuypers as well as TWC philosophies and methodologies. Our social coaches are professionals in a variety of child development domains and hold professional licenses including M.Ed., ABA, LCSW, SLPA and/or SLP.
The groups are held typically on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and early evenings and are 45 minutes -1 hour long.
* Children are placed in a group thoughtfully by TWC staff considering age, social cognitive level, and goals.
